Accept the terms of the courier that will move your shipment

You can accept the terms of the courier that will move the parcel when you generate a label, whether from a single shipment, Bulk Shipments, or an Ecommerce batch. This step is mandatory: the label is issued under that courier's contract, not under a generic Envia term. The notice shows which courier is involved. If the batch uses more than one, you can tick each one or all of them, and the label is only created once you've accepted the ones that apply. The system saves your acceptance per courier for three months. That way, the first time you use Estafeta, FedEx, or another courier, or when a batch mixes two, you know which rules your shipment travels under and have a record on file in case of a claim.
