Your product dimensions update automatically when you change them in your store

Previously, product dimensions were only imported once when connecting your store. If you later changed height, width or length in Shopify, WooCommerce or another platform, those changes never reached Envia. Now you can enable automatic dimension sync from Ecommerce Pro.
Benefits
- Dimension changes you make in your store automatically reach Envia, without manual entries or double work between platforms
- Your shipping quotes are more accurate because they always use the real and up-to-date dimensions of each product
- Fewer packing and quoting errors due to outdated dimensions that no longer match the actual product
Note
This sync applies to dimensions configured in your source store. Make sure height, width and length are captured in the correct units to avoid inconsistencies in shipment calculations.
